<description>Great watch, I bought one too after having read this review. However, I was able to source my strap from these guys called Bas and Lokes Straps. I loved the strap they custom made for me. My watch looks pretty good. You can find them at www.basandlokes.com Enjoy.</description>

<description>I received my watch the other evening and it is a delight. The craftsmanship and quality appear to be top flight and Chris customer made a strap for me.

Chris set the timing on the watch with his new machine and it is running about -2 seconds per day - close enough for me.

I wear a number of different watches but this one has already elicited appreciative comments from several people - something most of my expensive watches fail to do.

I paired it with a Jurgens leather NATO strap (absolutely the most comfortable strap I own) which works brilliantly with the look of the watch.

Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was diligent to stay in communication as he awaited parts to arrive and kept me informed as he was assembling and testing the piece.

If I am ever in Wilson, North Carolina I&#039;d love to meet him.

If you are looking for a unique, &quot;custom built&quot; time-piece you simply will not regret working with Chris. I wish him success as he develops his business.

Cheers.

<description>Try this http://wilsonwatchworks.com/default.aspx . Chris is still waiting to receive the case from Germany but has been diligent to keep me updated with shipping and arrival schedules. The wait just makes the arrival that much better, no?

Anyway, the link above will get you to his website and you can follow his links to Photobucket where you can see his wares.

<description>I just found your breitlingsource essay about a watch made by the Wilson Watch works. I&#039;d like to buy one of the Garman navigator style watches, but I haven&#039;t been able to find the Wilson web site. Can you give me a site where I can buy the watch? Thank you.

Sincerely,
John Welter

<description>Thanks for the write-up. I ordered a SOPROD modified UT movement in a &quot;combat&quot; (coin-edged) case from Chris last night. Chris strikes me as a decent fellow and I&#039;m betting the watch will be exactly right.

Working directly with him the whole package is running $515 delivered to me (avoided PayPal and Ebay charges by dealing direct and being willing to send a check).

It is interestingly exciting to anticipate a &quot;custom&quot; watch being assembled for me. Can&#039;t wait to get the piece. I report when I receive it.
