You’d have to ask Pejman, as he is not very specific about it. I never bothered asking, as I assumed it was a type of SuperLuminova as I did not think Tritium came in all those funky colors.

I was wondering what was used for the lume? Do you have any idea? I have never seen a watch that shines that bright. Could it be Tritium (illegal in the US)?
